hello blog! 
i feel like a lazy hamster today, relaxing in my warm little house. i've been trying to ignore that i work for the next 6-days (after today ends and tomorrow begins). work is hard, but i guess it pays off. in a way.
i watched lord of the rings today, passively, and drew some pictures for my boyfriend's birthday. it's an amazing movie, especially when you consider how it was shot. it's visually one of the best movies i've ever watched, next to gladiator and the godfather. i didn't enjoy the godfather much for its story, but the cinematography was good.
speaking of the lord of the rings, i watched the first movie. it has to be the most emotional movie i've ever watched, the only one i've cried more than once to. i will admit it's a long movie, but every second is worth it. the love, the guilt, the fear. the colors. this is what fantasy should be. (boromir and gandalf... my heart... 
)
well anyway, maybe it's time for some much needed rest.
