good afternoon! 
i don't have anything interesting to update, but i wanted to write anyway.
it's my weekend off this weekend, so i've been catching up with my hobbies a bit! i made a collage and played video games today. since playing more video games is a new year's resolution of mine (i bought an xbox i never really use last year...), i've been trying to improve my skills. it's satisfying to see myself improve as i get ahold of the controls and all, especially for pvp games like overwatch. i love it when i start winning and stuff!
anyway, i started my day by eating cereal, showering 
, and making a collage - i wanted it to look magical so i hope i succeeded in that. i also stayed off my phone and listened to music on my strawberry shortcake boombox instead. it was a nice and peaceful time. 
later on, i started playing warframe with my friend. it was honestly really fun! i was a little scared it would be boring at first, but i wanna continue playing now. maybe i will read up on the lore later.
